Meet the Team

Jordan Shannon

A graduate of the GIS Technologist Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Jordan has a wide range of experience, working in the first nation, private, education  and government sectors. He was the instructor for the GIS courses at Confederation College and has worked with Neghaneewin College where he provided GIS and technical support services for First Nation communities. Jordan was also employed for over 3 years as the GIS Technician for Rainy River First Nations, worked for OZ minerals and for the Municipal District of Opportunity in Alberta. He has more than 10 years experience using GIS.

Terry Chicago

Terry is a graduate from the Environmental Technician program at Confederation College with additional training in environmental studies from Lakehead University. Terry has a lot of experience in working with Traditional Knowledge from working with many communities during his time with Neghaneewin College.
